Philippe Gasser, a graduate of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), was trained as a transport engineer (1987) and urban planner. He has more than 35 years of experience in design offices and has had the opportunity to cover a wide range of mobility issues, mainly in the design phase and in upstream studies. He also carried out a parallel activity of technical advice as an assessor for 10 years at the administrative court of the canton of Vaud. He joined Citec in 2002 as a member of the management team and as an expert in territorial studies and travel plans.
